I bought the SavePod system a few months ago, excited to get rid of plastic K-cups. I had the original pods and hated them. Grounds in our coffee every single time. I had given up on them, and put the SavePod in a cupboard. Just recently ordered the SavePod 2.0.
We LOVE them! This is how they are supposed to be! No tears or breaking.

Finally they fixed the tearing filters it was super frustrating!! I have a stack of older filters but the new ones are working fine.
I submitted a support ticket it would have been nice to get a discount coupon or something.
Savepod has an exceptionally poor customer service department. I noticed a mistake in my choices and contacted them right away to fix it, but I received only silence. The goods arrived from Amazon in two separate packages—a notable waste of materials on amazon’s part—and I now wish to return them for a full refund. Thanks a lot, Yianni, for the lack of assistance. Perhaps someone else can help resolve this situation.
Some months ago I received a refill order of pods from Amazon. They were defective, spilling raw grounds into my cups and all over the coffee maker. I corresponded with SavePod and received a single sleeve of the new and improved pods. Subsequent correspondence included SavePod's assurances that the issue had been addressed and I could safely order more pods either directly from SavePod or from Amazon. Trusting in SavePod's assurances, and after discovering that SavePod did not have any pods in stock, I ordered 200 pods from Amazon. Regrettably I did not test the new pods immediately upon receipt and only discovered that they were defective after consuming the entire single sleeve sent by SavePod noted above and that was outside the Amazon return window. I then ordered pods directly from SavePod and they appear to indeed be the new and improved variety. It appears that Amazon still has defective pods in stock and I believe them to have paper caps at either end of each sleeve, while the newer pods have plastic caps at either end of sleeves. I urge SavePod to work with Amazon to remove all defective pods from their stock as receipt of defective pods (whether from Amazon or SavePod) is detrimental not only to one's coffee but to SavePod's reputation.
I have used over 50 of the new filters and not one of them have split. I ordered 200 more i was so happy with them. I would like to say thank you to SavePod for making this right. I love mine and save so much money not having to buy k-cups not to mention the plastic that isn't going into the landfill. Great job!!!
